The Arcena is a 900mm diameter circular LED pendant light built around a single continuous ring of integrated 3000K LED, housed in a matt black aluminium frame 25mm deep. The light source sits behind a white diffuser within the ring, casting even downward illumination across the full circumference. The fitting suspends on three cables with a combined 2500mm adjustable drop from a ceiling canopy.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces, the Arcena provides ambient downlighting across a circular area roughly 2.5-3m in diameter, making it suitable for tables seating six to eight people or kitchen islands 2-3m long. The dimmable LED allows output to be adjusted between full brightness for task-oriented use and lower levels for dining or evening ambient lighting. The IP20 rating restricts use to indoor dry locations only.

The matt black finish on the aluminium ring absorbs rather than reflects light, keeping visual attention on the illuminated diffuser rather than the frame itself. At 900mm diameter the Arcena has substantial presence above a table without overwhelming typical residential ceiling heights of 2.4-2.7m. The 2500mm cable drop allows the ring to be set 700-900mm above a dining surface or worktop depending on ceiling height, with excess cable concealed in the canopy. Yes. The integrated LED is dimmable, allowing output to be adjusted from full brightness down to low ambient levels. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model installed, please contact us before pairing with an existing dimmer to confirm compatibility.

What size table does the 90cm diameter suit?

The 900mm ring casts light across a circular area approximately 2.5-3m in diameter. This suits rectangular dining tables 1.6-2m long seating six to eight people, or kitchen islands 2-3m long. For larger tables consider multiple Arcena fittings or the larger diameter models in the range if available.

Can it be used in bathrooms or outdoors?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is designed for indoor dry locations only and has no protection against moisture ingress. It cannot be used in bathrooms, wet rooms or any outdoor application.

How is the cable length adjusted during installation?

The 2500mm cables allow the ring to be suspended at variable heights depending on ceiling height and intended use. Excess cable is concealed within the ceiling canopy during installation. An electrician can adjust the drop to set the ring 700-900mm above a table or worktop as needed.
