Description

The Arcena is a 50cm diameter circular LED pendant light built around a single continuous ring of white-finished aluminium housing an integrated 4000K LED strip. The ring measures 25mm in profile height, giving it a slim presence when viewed from below, and the 2500mm suspension cable allows the pendant to be adjusted on installation to suit ceiling heights between 2.4m and 4m.

Designed for kitchens, dining tables, office desks and open-plan living areas where clean, task-oriented light is needed, the Arcena provides 4000K neutral white output across its 500mm span. The circular form works above round or square dining tables up to 1.2m diameter, or positioned centrally above kitchen islands between 1.5m and 2m long. The IP20 rating confines the pendant to dry indoor locations.

The white powder-coated aluminium ring shows no visible fixings or screws once installed, and the slender 25mm profile keeps the fixture visually lightweight even in rooms with lower ceilings. The integrated LED cannot be replaced or upgraded, the entire unit is the light source. The 4000K colour temperature sits between warm white (2700K-3000K) and cool white (5000K-6500K), offering clarity for food preparation, reading or desk work without the clinical tone of cooler LEDs. Is the Arcena dimmable?

No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed output on 230V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height does it need?

The 2500mm cable allows adjustment during installation. For positioning above a dining table or kitchen island, the pendant typically hangs 700-900mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. Higher ceilings up to 4m can accommodate the full cable drop.

Can the LED be replaced?

No. The LED strip is integrated into the aluminium ring and cannot be removed or replaced. The fitting carries a 5-year warranty, and typical LED lifespan is 25,000-50,000 hours depending on usage.

What size table does the 50cm ring suit?
