Apollo 5 Light Chandelier - Burnished Brass

The Apollo is an 813mm diameter chandelier built around five white opal etched glass spheres, each cradled in a burnished brass arc that curves around the lower half of the globe. The five arcs radiate from a central brass stem suspended from a matching burnished brass canopy, creating a symmetrical mid-century geometry. The fitting includes five 3W G9 LED bulbs at 3000K, housed inside the opal glass globes.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Apollo provides ambient light rather than directed task illumination. The drop is adjustable between 430mm and 1831mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to sit 700-900mm above a dining table or higher as a statement piece in a double-height space. The burnished brass finish sits between polished and antique brass — warmer than polished chrome but not as aged as antique bronze.

Each opal glass globe diffuses the LED light evenly, softening the output and reducing glare when the chandelier is viewed from below. The brass arcs around each sphere create visual weight and a three-dimensional frame that catches ambient light from windows and other fittings. At 813mm width the Apollo suits dining tables of 1.8-2.4m length or living rooms where the chandelier won't dominate a seating arrangement. The burnished brass pairs with warm-toned timber, terracotta, ochre and cream interiors as well as cooler greys where a warm metallic accent is needed.

The G9 LED bulbs are integrated into the fitting and included, removing the need to source compatible capsule bulbs separately. Feiss backs the Apollo with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects in materials and finish.

Are the bulbs replaceable?

Yes. The fitting uses five G9 capsule LED bulbs rated at 3W and 3000K, which are included. If a bulb fails after the guarantee period, standard G9 LED replacements are widely available. The maximum wattage per socket is 3W LED.

What ceiling height is needed?

The drop is adjustable between 430mm and 1831mm on installation. For a dining table the chandelier typically sits 700-900mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. Higher ceilings can accommodate a longer drop for a statement installation in an entrance hall or living room.

Is the Apollo dimmable?

The included G9 LED bulbs are dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Compatibility depends on the dimmer model — check the dimmer manufacturer's specifications or contact us for guidance before installation.

What size dining table does it suit?

The 813mm diameter suits dining tables between 1.8m and 2.4m in length. For tables shorter than 1.8m the chandelier may feel oversized, while tables longer than 2.4m may benefit from two smaller pendants or a linear fitting instead.
