Description

The Amara pendant is a large horizontal light finished in matt black, measuring 150cm wide and 53cm deep. Made from steel and aluminium, it carries a long, linear form with a silicone diffuser that spreads light along its length. The drop adjusts from 70cm to 180cm, so you can set it to suit the height of your ceiling, and it weighs 5.9kg. It sits well over a dining table or across a wider space where a single central fitting would look lost.

Light comes from an integrated LED rated at 80W, giving around 5200 lumens. It is dimmable, and both the brightness and the colour temperature can be adjusted using the supplied remote control, ranging from a warm to a cooler white. The opal diffuser softens the output and keeps the light even along the fitting, which makes it a practical choice as the main light in a room as well as for setting a quieter mood in the evening. It is also compatible with an app for control from a phone or tablet.

The matt black finish runs the full length of the fitting, paired with the opal diffuser for a clean look. This is a Class 1 fitting and is rated IP20, which means it is for dry indoor use only and should not be used in bathrooms or outdoors.
