The Amano is a 4 light bar pendant with four faceted crystal shades suspended from a 1000mm polished chrome bar. Each shade is a geometric teardrop formed from chrome-edged smoked crystal panels with a clear crystal core, housing a single G9 bulb fitting. The shades hang on individual cables adjustable between 230mm and 4500mm drop, allowing the pendant to be configured for ceiling heights from 2.4m to 5m or higher.

Designed for linear positioning above dining tables, kitchen islands and bar counters, the Amano provides four distinct light sources spread evenly across a 1000mm run. The 140mm width of the ceiling plate keeps the installation footprint narrow while the individual drop adjustment on each shade allows the pendant to follow sloped ceilings or be staggered for visual interest. The polished chrome finish reflects ambient light and pairs with stainless steel appliances, chrome taps and modern metallic accents.

The faceted crystal construction splits light into prismatic reflections across surrounding surfaces when lit, and acts as a sculptural element when off. Each shade combines chrome structural edging with smoked crystal outer panels and a clear crystal centre, giving a layered visual depth. The G9 fittings accept capsule bulbs up to 33W each, allowing a combined output suitable for task and ambient lighting over a 2-2.5m table span. Can the drop be adjusted after installation?

Yes. Each of the four shades hangs on an individual cable adjustable between 230mm and 4500mm. The drop can be set during installation and adjusted later if needed, though this requires accessing the ceiling plate to release and re-tension the cables.

What table length does it suit?

The 1000mm bar suits dining tables and kitchen islands between 1.8m and 2.5m in length. For longer tables, consider positioning two Amano pendants end-to-end or choosing a longer bar pendant from the Diyas range.
