Description

The Amano is a 12-light crystal bar pendant with twelve faceted crystal glass pendants suspended from a 1180mm polished chrome rectangular canopy. Each pendant houses a G9 bulb fitting (bulbs sold separately) inside a diamond-shaped smoked crystal glass shade that tapers to chrome-tipped ends. The pendants hang at staggered drops across the length of the bar, creating a cascading profile when viewed from the side.

Designed for installation over large dining tables, kitchen islands 2.4-3m in length, or in double-height entrance halls and stairwells, the Amano provides decorative light across a linear zone rather than a single central point. The 480mm width of the canopy keeps the fitting compact enough to avoid overwhelming ceiling proportions, while the maximum 4500mm drop capability makes it suitable for two-storey voids. The minimum 230mm drop allows the fitting to work in standard 2.4m ceiling heights when positioned centrally over a table.

The polished chrome frame reflects ambient light from windows and surrounding fittings, amplifying the sparkle from the faceted crystal. Each crystal pendant measures approximately 80mm at its widest point and tapers to chrome-tipped ends that mirror the canopy finish. The 14.1kg combined weight requires a secure ceiling fixing into a joist or reinforced ceiling rose — the fitting is not suitable for plasterboard-only fixing without appropriate reinforcement.
