Description

This is a recessed adjustable spotlight that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, supplied without a bulb so you can pick the output you want. The square black trim recesses into the ceiling, and the inner head tilts up to 30 degrees, letting you aim the beam where it is needed rather than straight down. It accepts a GU10 lamp rated up to 10W max.

The tilt makes it well suited to directional jobs: grazing a feature wall, picking out artwork or a bookcase, or washing light across a kitchen or hallway zone. Several can be set in a line or grid and angled individually to layer light across a room. As an IP20 fitting it is for dry indoor locations only, so keep it clear of bathroom zones and any exposed outdoor positions.

The housing is aluminium alloy and steel in a black finish, measuring 98 by 98 by 50 mm with an 85mm cut-out to drop into. Part of the wider range of recessed GU10 fittings, it is fixed in place with the usual spring clips and wired to a GU10 lampholder. Remember the GU10 bulb is not included, so order the lamp separately to match the brightness and tone you are after.

Is a bulb included?

No, this fitting is supplied without a bulb. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp rated up to 10W maximum, which you order separately to suit the brightness and colour you want.

What size cut-out do I need?

It needs an 85mm cut-out in the ceiling or panel. The fitting then drops in and is held by spring clips against the back of the surface.

How far does it tilt?

The inner head tilts up to 30 degrees, so you can angle the beam off centre to aim at a wall, artwork or a particular zone rather than only straight down.

Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It carries an IP20 rating, which is for dry indoor locations only, so it should not be fitted in bathroom zones or any exposed outdoor position.
