Description

This is a recessed adjustable spotlight from the Laven range, a housing that accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp. The bulb is not included, so you can pick the brightness and tone that suit the room. The head tilts through 30 degrees, letting you angle the beam where it is wanted rather than fixing it straight down.

That tilt makes it a practical choice for aiming light at artwork, a feature wall, shelving or a defined zone within a room. It recesses into the ceiling through a 75mm cut-out, sitting close to flush with a round glass front and a slim 24mm depth. The IP20 rating means it is for dry interior spaces such as living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, kept away from splashes and damp.

The fitting is built from glass with a silver finish, and the round front face gives a tidy, low-profile look once set into the ceiling. It takes a GU10 lamp up to 10W. The overall trim measures Ø95mm, and whether the fitting can be dimmed depends entirely on the GU10 bulb you fit, so check the lamp before pairing it with a dimmer.
