Description

This recessed adjustable spotlight is a directional fitting that accepts a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, supplied without a bulb so you can pick the output and tone to suit the room. The round head tilts up to 30°, letting you aim the beam where it is wanted rather than fixing it straight down. It takes a lamp of up to 10W, and the compact Ø98 mm face sits neatly within a recessed ceiling.

Built for indoor use at IP20, the fitting drops into an 85 mm cut-out and is designed to angle light onto artwork, a feature wall, shelving or a defined zone such as a kitchen worktop or reading corner. Several fittings in a row let you wash a wall evenly or pick out individual objects, with each head adjusted independently. Keep it to dry interior spaces, clear of bathrooms and exposed outdoor positions.

The housing is made from aluminium alloy and steel in a clean white finish that blends into a painted ceiling. The 30° tilt mechanism holds its set angle once positioned, and at 50 mm deep the body fits a shallow ceiling void. Part of the Glozo range. Please note the GU10 bulb is not included, and any dimming depends on the lamp you choose to fit.

Is a bulb included?

No, the spotlight is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock bulb of up to 10W, which you choose and buy separately to suit the brightness and colour you want.

What size cut-out does it need?

The fitting is recessed into an 85 mm cut-out. The visible face measures Ø98 mm and the body is 50 mm deep, so check you have a shallow void above the ceiling before fitting.

How far does the head tilt?

The head tilts up to 30° from vertical, so you can angle the beam onto artwork, a wall or a worktop. Each fitting adjusts on its own, which is useful when several are installed together.

Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

No. The fitting is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it out of bathrooms, porches and any exposed outdoor positions where it could meet moisture.
