Description
This adjustable recessed spotlight is a fitting that takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, supplied without a bulb so you can choose the output and tone to suit the room. The round head sits flush in the ceiling on a black finish and tilts up to 30°, letting you angle the beam off the vertical to aim it where you want it rather than straight down. It accepts lamps up to 10W, with the brightness and colour of the light coming entirely from the GU10 you fit.
Because the head pivots, it works well for accent and directional lighting: grazing a feature wall, picking out artwork or a shelf, or washing a defined zone in a kitchen or hallway. Sited in a run, individually aimed heads let you build flexible task and accent layers across a space. The IP20 rating means it is for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathroom splash zones and any exposed outdoor positions.
The body is aluminium alloy and steel in a black finish, measuring Ø98 by 50 mm and recessing into an 85 mm cut-out. The tilt mechanism holds the chosen angle once set. As a housing it has no driver of its own, since the mains GU10 lamp runs direct; whether the fitting dims depends on the bulb you pair with it. The Aret range offers this head for clean, adjustable recessed accent lighting.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No, the fitting is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock bulb, which you choose and buy separately so you can set the wattage, brightness and colour tone yourself.
What cut-out hole does it need?
It is recessed and needs an 85 mm cut-out in the ceiling. The visible head measures Ø98 mm and projects 50 mm into the void above, so allow clearance behind the ceiling line.
How far does it tilt?
The head is tiltable up to 30° from vertical, holding the set angle once positioned. That lets you aim the beam at a wall, artwork or a defined zone rather than only straight down.
Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so it should be kept out of bathroom splash zones and away from any exposed outdoor positions where moisture could reach it.
