Description

This adjustable spotlight is a recessed steel fitting that holds a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, supplied without a bulb so you can pick the brightness and tone that suit the space. The round head tilts up to 15 degrees within its trim, letting you angle the light off-centre rather than pointing it straight down. It takes a GU10 lamp rated up to 10W maximum.

The tilt makes it well suited to directing light at a particular spot rather than washing a whole room evenly. Aim it at a picture, a textured feature wall, a shelf display or a defined zone such as a kitchen worktop or a reading corner. Several of these heads set in a line let you pick out a run of artwork or graze a wall, while a single unit works as a discreet accent above a focal point. With its IP20 rating it is intended for dry indoor rooms only, so keep it clear of bathrooms and any covered outdoor location.

Part of the Laven range, the fitting is made from steel in a gold finish and measures Ø97 by 24 mm, dropping into an 80mm cut-out. The shallow body suits ceilings with limited void depth above. The GU10 lamp twists into place and is not included, so choose one to match the look you want; whether the fitting dims depends on the bulb you fit and your dimmer.
