Description

The Adeline is a 40cm diameter crystal chandelier combining a twisted aluminium wire drum with cascading crystal droplets suspended from a polished chrome ceiling plate. Four E14 bulb holders sit inside the wire drum, lighting the crystal strands from within and creating refracted patterns across the aluminium mesh and surrounding walls.

Designed for bedrooms, dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, and hallways where a compact chandelier provides decorative accent without dominating the space, the Adeline works as a single statement piece or in pairs for symmetrical installations. The adjustable drop ranges from 340mm to 1340mm, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 600-800mm above a bedside table or dining surface depending on ceiling height. The wire drum diffuses direct glare from the bulbs whilst allowing most of the light to pass through to the crystal droplets below.

The twisted aluminium wire is formed into a cylindrical mesh that appears almost translucent when backlit, softening the hard edges of the chrome canopy and crystal. The crystal droplets vary in size and hang at different lengths, giving the chandelier visual movement under air circulation. At 4.5kg total weight the fitting requires a ceiling joist or suitable fixing capable of supporting the load. The polished chrome finish on the canopy and suspension cables reflects ambient daylight and pairs with both warm-toned and cooler contemporary interiors.
