The Adastra KV5 is a 5.25 inch 2-way passive ceiling speaker built for clear, even music reproduction across a room. It runs a full 2-way passive crossover network, splitting the signal between the main driver and tweeter so you get an accurate frequency balance without extra kit. Rated at 40W with an 8 Ohm impedance, it suits home and light commercial installs where you want quality sound sitting flush in the ceiling.

The main driver uses a high energy glass-aramid cone, chosen for its stiffness and low weight, held in a braced ABS basket with an integral wave guide baffle. This pairs with a 25mm (1 inch) coaxial dome tweeter with an ASV diaphragm, and the wave guide helps spread the sound over a 120 degree dispersion angle for consistent coverage. The result is a speaker that keeps detail across mid and high frequencies rather than pushing sound only straight down.

Fitting is straightforward thanks to the magnetic low profile steel grille, which sits frameless and flush once clipped in place. The powder coated steel grille and ABS basket keep the KV5 durable and neat under a matt finish that blends into most ceilings. Each KV5 is supplied individually, so you can order the exact number you need for the room. It works well as part of a distributed audio setup or as a simple stereo pair for background and foreground listening.
