The Knightsbridge FP5ABB is a 5A unswitched round pin socket with a brushed brass faceplate and black insert, certified to BS 546. The ultra-flat plate design projects just 2.5mm from the wall surface once fitted, giving a minimal profile compared to standard UK sockets which typically project 8-12mm. The round pin configuration is designed for low-current lighting circuits, table lamps, and dedicated appliance feeds where the 5A rating is sufficient.
