This is a surface mounting frame for a 40W LED panel, decoded from the BLINGO DRV 40W article reference. It is a passive accessory in white plastic, measuring 116 × 41 × 28 mm, that lifts a recessed-style panel onto the ceiling surface where there is no void to drop it into. The frame holds the panel securely and gives a tidy finished edge, making it the practical choice for solid or concrete ceilings.

Rated IP20, it is for dry indoor use only and should be kept clear of damp or exposed locations. Fitting is straightforward: the frame fixes to the ceiling and the matching panel seats into it.
