Description
The Knightsbridge 4-gang modular faceplate is a brushed chrome blank plate accepting euro module inserts for TV, data, HDMI, USB, telephone and other low-voltage connections. The plate accommodates four standard 25 x 50mm euro modules, two 50 x 50mm modules, or a combination of both sizes, allowing custom AV and data installations to be built around the specific connections needed in a room.
Designed for home cinema setups, office workstations, meeting rooms and hospitality installations where multiple connection types need to be grouped at a single wall point, the faceplate replaces the need for trailing cables or adapters on floors and desks. The 146.5mm width fits a standard 2-gang UK back box. The rounded edge design includes a built-in gasket that sits flush to the wall surface, giving a finished appearance without visible gaps between plate and plasterwork.
The brushed chrome finish on premium-grade steel provides a mid-tone metallic surface that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes. The brushed texture reduces fingerprint visibility compared to polished chrome and softens reflections under direct lighting. The 7.5mm projection from the wall keeps the installed profile low once modules are fitted. The earth terminal on the rear of the plate ensures safe grounding when used with shielded data cables or metal-bodied modules.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does this faceplate accept?
The plate accepts four standard 25 x 50mm euro modules, two 50 x 50mm modules, or a mix of both sizes. Common modules include HDMI, Cat6 data, coaxial TV, USB-A, USB-C, 3.5mm audio and BT telephone sockets. Modules are sold separately.
What back box is required?
The 146.5mm width fits a standard UK 2-gang back box. The depth required depends on the euro modules being fitted — check the specifications of the specific modules you plan to install, as some AV modules require deeper boxes than basic data modules.
Is the faceplate screwless?
No. The rounded edge design uses two visible fixing screws that secure the plate directly to the back box lugs. The screws are part of the visible finish and match the brushed chrome faceplate.
Can this be used in bathrooms?
The IP20 rating makes this suitable for dry indoor locations only. It should not be installed in bathroom zones where water spray or high humidity is present.
