4 Gang Combination Plate 13A Sockets & 8 Module Apertures - Brushed Chrome Screwless (White Insert)

The Knightsbridge combination plate integrates four 13A double-pole switched sockets with eight empty 25 x 50mm Euro module apertures on a single 297.5 x 179.5mm brushed chrome screwless faceplate. Each socket outlet is individually switched with DP (double-pole) switches that isolate both live and neutral lines when off. The eight module apertures accept standard Knightsbridge modular inserts for data, AV, USB charging, or telecoms distribution.

Designed for kitchen islands, home office desks, media walls and AV rack installations where both mains power and signal distribution are needed in a single location. The combination format consolidates what would otherwise require multiple separate plates into one continuous brushed chrome surface, reducing visible joins and simplifying installation. The plate requires a minimum 35mm back box depth and fits standard UK twin-gang mounting centres spaced 146mm apart for the sockets, with the module apertures arranged in two rows of four above and below the socket pairs.

The brushed chrome finish is applied to premium-grade steel, giving a directional grain that minimises fingerprint visibility and integrates cleanly with stainless steel appliances and contemporary interiors. The white insert behind the faceplate provides a defined edge to each aperture and hides the back of the cover plate. The screwless design uses a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box, onto which the visible cover plate clips without exposed screws or fixings. Each socket is rated at 13A (3,120W) and the module apertures can be populated with any combination of Knightsbridge Euro modules including HDMI, CAT6, coaxial, USB-A, USB-C, or left blanked as needed.

What back box depth is required?

A minimum 35mm back box depth is needed for safe installation. The combination plate requires twin-gang mounting centres spaced 146mm apart for the socket positions, with additional depth clearance for modular insert wiring if those apertures are populated.

What modular inserts can be fitted?

The eight apertures accept any standard Knightsbridge 25 x 50mm Euro module inserts, including HDMI, CAT6 data, coaxial, USB-A, USB-C, phone, and blank plates. Inserts are sold separately and can be mixed to suit the specific installation requirements.

Can the module apertures be left empty?

Yes. If not all eight module positions are needed, the unused apertures can be fitted with Knightsbridge blank module inserts to maintain a continuous white surface behind the brushed chrome faceplate.

Is the screwless plate removable for redecorating?

Yes. The brushed chrome cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting around the plate and re-clipped without disturbing the socket or module wiring.
