The unit rises from a 90-92mm circular cut-out in a worktop or desk when the cap is pressed, exposing three 13A UK sockets, one USB-A port, one USB-C port and a backlit on/off rocker switch. When closed, the unit sits flush with the worktop and carries an IP54 rating against dust and water splashes.

Designed for kitchen worktops, office desks, boardroom tables and hotel room furniture, the pop-up socket provides accessible power without fixed wall sockets cluttering sightlines or requiring cable runs across surfaces. The unit fits worktops or mounting boards between 10-50mm thick and includes a 2m mains cable with a UK plug top for connection to the nearest wall socket or hard-wired spur. The secure clip mechanism locks the column upright when in use, and the inverted socket positions allow cables to exit through the cable management cap even when the unit is retracted.

The Fastcharge USB ports deliver intelligent voltage switching between 5V and 12V to optimise charging speed for compatible devices, typically achieving 0-50% battery charge in under 30 minutes. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge (QC) protocols up to 18W, while the USB-A port handles standard and Fastcharge devices. Combined maximum output is 20W shared across both USB ports. What worktop thickness does it require?

The pop-up socket fits worktops or mounting boards between 10-50mm thick. A 90-92mm diameter circular cut-out is required, with at least 25mm clearance around the hole, and a minimum 445mm void depth below the worktop to accommodate the retracted column.

How does Fastcharge work?

The USB ports intelligently switch voltages between 5V and 12V depending on what the connected device can handle. Compatible devices typically achieve 0-50% battery charge in under 30 minutes. The device itself controls the power draw — most compatible devices only activate Fastcharge between 0-70% battery, reverting to standard charging above 70% to protect the battery.

Is it waterproof when closed?

When the cap is fully closed, the unit carries an IP54 rating, providing protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. This makes it suitable for kitchen worktops where occasional spills occur. The unit is not submersion-rated and should not be installed in areas where standing water is likely.

Can cables exit when the unit is closed?

Yes. The cable management cap and inverted socket positions allow cables to exit through the cap even when the column is retracted, so devices can remain plugged in and charging while the unit sits flush with the worktop.
