The Knightsbridge grid switch is a 20AX retractive grid switch module in a finish.

It forms the front plate of a grid wiring system, clipping over a grid frame to present the chosen combination of switch, socket and indicator modules in a single clean plate.

It is constructed from ABS and steel. It is certified to BS EN 60670-1 and IP20 rated for indoor use.

Is the grid frame included with the faceplate?

No — the faceplate, the grid mounting frame and the modules are ordered separately so the plate can be configured to the required layout.

The faceplate is sized by gang/module count as stated in the title; each module position accepts one full-size grid module (or quarter modules where used).
