Description
The Knightsbridge 12-gang grid faceplate provides twelve apertures for euro module inserts in a single polished chrome plate. Each aperture accepts standard 25mm x 50mm euro modules, allowing customised configurations of TV coax, Ethernet data, HDMI, USB sockets, or additional power outlets behind one unified faceplate. The 3.5mm ultra-flat profile sits flush to the wall with a screwless cover that clips onto a separate sub-frame.
Designed for media walls, home office workstations, conference rooms and kitchen islands where multiple AV, data and power connections are needed in one location, the faceplate suits both new-build installations and retrofit upgrades. The twelve-gang layout allows entire media setups to be terminated at a single wall point rather than scattering individual sockets across separate gang boxes. The polished chrome finish provides a bright, reflective surface that pairs with chrome handles, taps and other fixtures in contemporary and traditional interiors.
Constructed from premium-grade steel rather than plastic, the faceplate provides rigidity across the 208mm x 148mm surface area without warping when modules are inserted or removed. A built-in gasket between the cover plate and sub-frame ensures a flush fit against the wall surface. The IP20 rating makes the faceplate suitable for dry indoor locations, and Knightsbridge backs the construction with a 25-year guarantee. The screwless cover can be removed and re-clipped without disturbing the wired modules underneath, making module swaps straightforward when AV requirements change.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does this faceplate accept?
The faceplate accepts any standard 25mm x 50mm euro module insert, including TV coax, Ethernet RJ45, HDMI, USB sockets, telephone sockets, and blanking plates. Modules are sold separately and clip into the apertures from the front once the sub-frame is wired and fitted to the back box.
What back box is needed for installation?
A 12-gang grid back box is required. The back box depth depends on the modules being used — most euro module installations require a 35mm minimum depth box, but some modules (particularly those with rear cable terminations) may need 47mm. Consult the module datasheets before selecting the back box.
Is the screwless plate removable after installation?
Yes. The polished chrome cover clips onto a separate metal sub-frame that fixes to the back box. The cover can be removed to access the modules or to paint around the faceplate, then re-clipped without re-wiring.
Can I mix different module types in the same faceplate?
Yes. The twelve apertures can hold any combination of compatible euro modules — for example, four HDMI, two RJ45 Ethernet, two USB sockets, two TV coax, and two blanks. This flexibility allows the faceplate to be configured for the exact AV and data needs of a specific installation.
