Description
The Knightsbridge 1-gang modular faceplate provides a single aperture sized to accept euro module inserts for TV, data, HDMI, USB, telephone and other media connections. The faceplate is constructed from 201 stainless steel with a brushed chrome finish and a rounded edge profile that sits 2.5mm proud of the wall surface once installed.
Designed for media walls, home office installations and AV setups where custom socket configurations are needed, the faceplate accepts any standard euro module insert, allowing you to build a bespoke combination of connections without needing pre-configured socket plates. The screwless cover clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box, hiding all fixings once fitted. A built-in gasket between the cover and sub-frame reduces dust ingress and improves the fit.
The 87.5mm square plate fits a standard 1-gang back box and carries an IP20 rating for indoor use. The brushed chrome finish has a directional grain that softens reflections and pairs well with stainless steel appliances, chrome taps and contemporary metal fixtures. The 25-year manufacturer guarantee covers material and finish defects under normal indoor use.

Frequently Asked
What euro module inserts does it accept?
The aperture accepts any standard euro module insert including TV coax, RJ45 data, HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, RCA audio, BT telephone and blank modules. Modules are sold separately and clip into the aperture from the front once the faceplate is fitted.
What back box depth is required?
A standard 1-gang 25mm back box is suitable for most euro module inserts. Some inserts with deeper terminals (such as HDMI or shielded data modules) may require a 35mm back box — check the module specification before installation.
Is the screwless cover removable?
Yes. The brushed chrome cover clips onto a separate metal sub-frame that is screw-fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for redecorating or module replacement without disconnecting wiring.
What other finishes are available?
Knightsbridge produces this modular faceplate in a range of finishes including polished chrome, matt black, white, brushed brass and antique brass. Use the search function or filters to find other variants in stock at Niori.
