Description

The Knightsbridge 1.8m E27 vintage track pendant is a pre-wired drop pendant designed for installation on TRKxx series track lighting systems. The pendant combines a die-cast aluminium and polycarbonate holder finished in brushed chrome with a 1.8m adjustable grey fabric-covered cable, terminating in a track adapter that clips into the track rail.

Designed for retail displays, hospitality lighting, kitchens with island track installations, and gallery lighting where adjustable drop pendants are needed on a track system rather than fixed ceiling points. The 1.8m cable length allows the pendant to be positioned anywhere from close to the ceiling to full drop depending on the application, and the track adapter allows horizontal repositioning along the rail without re-wiring. The pendant accepts E27 bulbs up to 60W (sold separately) and is compatible with both LED and halogen lamps.

The vintage-style holder features knurled metal detailing on the lampshade ring and collar, echoing industrial Edison-holder designs from the early 20th century but executed in contemporary brushed chrome. The 51.4mm diameter holder accepts lampshades with a 42mm internal ring diameter, allowing customisation with fabric, metal or glass shades where additional light diffusion or decorative effect is required. The die-cast aluminium construction provides durability in commercial environments where fittings are frequently adjusted or repositioned on the track.

What track system is this compatible with?

The pendant is designed for Knightsbridge TRKxx series track lighting systems. The track adapter clips into the conductive rail and can be repositioned along the track without tools or re-wiring.

What bulb does it take?

The pendant accepts standard E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Both LED and halogen lamps are compatible. For energy efficiency most users choose a 6-10W LED bulb.

Is the cable length adjustable?

The 1.8m cable is the maximum drop. The cable can be shortened during installation by looping excess cable above the track canopy, allowing the pendant to hang closer to the track if required.

Can I add a lampshade?

Yes. The holder accepts lampshades with a 42mm internal ring diameter. Adding a shade diffuses the light and changes the visual appearance of the pendant.
