Description

The Knightsbridge 1.8m E27 track pendant is a white steel and polycarbonate pendant holder designed to clip onto the TRKxx series track lighting system. The pendant consists of a white cylindrical holder housing a single E27 lampholder, suspended on a fabric-covered cable with an adjustable 1.8m drop from the track adaptor. The holder accepts any standard E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately).

Designed for installation onto compatible Knightsbridge track systems, the pendant arrives pre-wired to the TRKxx track adaptor, which clips directly into the track's live conductor channel without additional wiring. The 1.8m cable drop allows the pendant to be set at different heights above kitchen islands, worktops, dining tables or retail display units depending on the ceiling height and required task light position. Multiple pendants can be fitted onto a single track run to create rows or clusters of directed light points.

The white finish on both the pendant holder and fabric cable provides a neutral profile that recedes against white ceilings or pairs cleanly with minimal and Scandinavian-style interiors. The 40mm diameter holder is compact enough to avoid visual clutter when multiple pendants are hung in sequence. The Class I rating means the pendant requires a track system with earth continuity, and the IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations.

The E27 base accepts LED, halogen or filament bulbs, giving flexibility to choose light temperature, lumen output and bulb style (clear, frosted, globe, standard A-shape) to suit the application. Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb specification rather than the pendant itself.

What track system is this compatible with?

This pendant is pre-wired to fit the Knightsbridge TRKxx series track lighting system. The adaptor clips into the track's conductor channel without additional wiring. It will not fit other brands' track systems without modification.

What bulb does it take?

The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most installations use LED bulbs between 6-10W at 2700K-4000K depending on the desired light temperature and task.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. The 1.8m fabric cable can be shortened during installation by looping excess cable inside the track canopy or pendant holder, allowing the pendant to hang at different heights above worktops or tables.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb fitted rather than the pendant itself. Use a dimmable LED or halogen bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch on the track circuit to enable dimming.
