Description

The Zero Square 75 is a slim pendant light: a rounded-square ring in a Brushed Bronze finish, 68cm by 68cm and just 3cm tall, with its light shining down through a white diffuser set into the underside of the ring. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 36W and gives 3059lm at CRI 90, which keeps food, fabrics and skin tones looking true. It comes in two colour temperatures, 2700K or 3000K: choose 2700K for a warmer glow or 3000K for a slightly crisper white.

It suits a dining room, where the ring can hang over the table and spread an even light across it. It also suits a living room that wants generous light from one quiet fitting. It hangs on thin suspension wires with a drop of up to 500cm, so it works under an ordinary ceiling as well as a high one. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only. It comes without its canopy and will not work without one: you need a Zero Round ceiling canopy, sold separately, which fixes to the ceiling and has a built-in 60W 24V driver for each pendant. The canopy comes as a single canopy or as one for 2, 3 or 4 pendants, so several rings can hang from one fixing, and it dims the light by DALI or push dimming.

The pendant runs at 24V DC and is a Class III fitting. It is powered from the mains through the canopy's built-in 24V DC driver, and it is wired in by a qualified electrician. The Brushed Bronze finish has a fine texture that catches the light along the outer edge of the ring, while the diffuser keeps the glow even underneath. When you plan more than one ring, choose the canopy that matches the number of pendants, so each has its own driver.
