Description

The Zero Round is a slim LED ring pendant light, 146cm across and only 3cm tall, that hangs flat so one wide circle of light sits level over the room. The light comes from the inner face of the aluminium ring, from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or replace. It draws 71W and gives 6120lm, a generous output for its slender profile, and its CRI of 90 means food, fabrics and skin tones look true beneath it. We offer it in White, Black, Brushed Champagne, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Brass and Brushed Titanium.

At 146cm across it suits a generous dining room, where it can circle a long table, or an open living room with space for a ring of this size. It hangs on a drop of up to 500cm, so it sits as comfortably under a tall or double-height ceiling as under a standard one; set the drop so it clears heads and frames the furniture beneath. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. Where you want a gentler evening light, choose the 2700K version; the 3000K version gives a slightly crisper white.

The pendant is supplied without its canopy. It needs the Zero Round 100W ceiling canopy, sold separately, whose built-in 100W driver powers the ring at 24V DC and makes it dimmable by DALI or push dimming; without that canopy the ring will not light. A qualified electrician wires it in to the mains through the canopy's driver, so plan the two together. Because the ring is so slim and its light faces inward, it gives a soft, even glow that reads as a single clean line. Before the work begins, settle the drop and the canopy's position on the ceiling with your electrician, so the ring hangs centred over the table or seating it is meant for.
