Description

This is a linear pendant light for people who want a long table lit from end to end. Five white blown-glass shades sit in a row, each one finely ribbed, alternating between fuller rounded shapes and slimmer drum-like ones, and each pair is joined by a gold collar. The whole fitting is 111.5cm long and hangs from a 14cm gold canopy on a 2m textile cable. Its light is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change: 24W gives 1400 lumens of warm 3000K light, and a CRI of 90 or more keeps food, wood and skin tones looking true. The ribbed glass spreads that light all round, with a 360° beam angle.

Its length makes it a natural choice over a dining table, a kitchen island or a long sideboard, where a single pendant would leave the ends in shadow. It works just as well over a bar counter or a desk in a home office, and in a hallway or landing with a generous ceiling height it draws the eye along the room. It is rated IP20, which means dry rooms only, so it belongs in dining rooms, living rooms, studies and open-plan spaces.
