Description

The Twig Sculptural Disc Vase is a 36cm high decorative piece formed from handcrafted metal branches arranged in a vertical disc silhouette. Each twig is individually hammered, bent and twisted by hand to replicate the irregular form of natural wood, then assembled into a freestanding structure with a hollow centre and a gold metallic finish.

Designed as a decorative sculpture rather than a functional vessel, the disc sits on a flat base approximately 40cm wide and 9cm deep, providing stability on sideboards, console tables and shelving. The open lattice of branches creates shadow play when lit from behind or beside, making it work well in hallways, living rooms and dining spaces where natural light changes through the day. The gold finish reflects warm ambient light without being overly reflective or polished.

Each piece varies slightly in branch placement and twig detail because of the handcrafted process. The metalwork weighs approximately 2kg, giving the sculpture a solid presence without needing fixing or wall mounting. The finish is decorative only and should not come into contact with food, water or floral arrangements — this is a dry display piece.
