The Rui is a modern LED table lamp in matt black: a slim tubular shade set at an angle from an upright stem on a flat round base. It stands 36.5cm tall, the shade is 20cm long and the base is 14cm across, so it takes up little room on a desk or bedside table. The light is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to fit. It draws 2.7W and gives 350 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, with a colour rendering index of 90 or more, so colours look true. The 45 degree beam is focused rather than wide, putting light where you need it.

We see it as a task light first: a reading lamp beside the bed, a desk lamp in a home office or study, or a lamp on a side table in a living room where you read.
