Description

Roxanne is a modern pendant light that turns a simple globe into a small piece of balanced geometry. An opal glass globe, 10cm across, sits offset to one side of a slim matt black iron stem, with a straight bar running behind it and a counterweight keeping the sphere poised in place. The opal glass softens the light into a gentle, even glow, and the matt black frame gives it a clean, graphic outline against a pale ceiling. The whole fitting is 16cm tall, 22cm wide and 15cm deep. Its lamp cap is G9 and the recommended lamp type is G9 LED, the small capsule kind, so a standard screw or bayonet bulb will not fit.

Because it is rated IP20, this is a pendant for dry rooms: a dining room, living room, bedroom, hallway or study. Its compact size suits the places where a large shade would crowd the space, such as above a bedside table, over a desk or on a narrow landing. Hung in a small group at staggered heights, several make a lively feature over a dining table or a sideboard, and the offset globes catch the eye from every angle.
