Description

The Rio is a mushroom table lamp in red, with a rounded dome shade set on a slim, straight stem above a flat disc base. It stands 50cm tall, and its 16cm shade is 15cm tall, sitting over a 19cm base, so it takes up very little room on a table or shelf. The frame is iron, finished in red from the top of the dome down to the base, and it runs on a 2m textile cable. Inside the shade are two G9 lamp holders, and the open underside of the dome faces down towards the surface it stands on.

At 50cm tall it suits a bedside table, a desk in a study or home office, a hallway console or a side table next to the sofa in a living room. Its small footprint makes it a good choice for smaller rooms and narrow surfaces where a bigger lamp would crowd things.
