Description

The Rio table lamp takes the classic mushroom shape and keeps it clean and simple. A rounded dome shade sits on a slim, straight stem, which rises from a flat disc base, and the whole lamp is finished in the same blue from top to bottom. It stands 50cm tall, with a shade 16cm across and 15cm tall and a base 19cm across, so it takes up little room on a bedside table, a desk or a narrow console. Inside the dome are two G9 lamp holders, and the light falls from its open underside onto the surface beneath.

We think it suits a bedroom, a living room, a study or a hallway, anywhere you want a small pool of light at table height rather than a bright overhead glow. The clean lines and strong colour sit well in modern and Scandinavian rooms, where a single blue piece can lift a calm, pale scheme. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
