Description

Rigoberta is a modern pendant light built as a simple T: a short central stem meets a straight horizontal bar, and at each end of that bar sits an opal glass globe. The frame is iron in a matt white finish, and each globe is 10cm across, the opal glass softening the light into an even glow rather than a sharp glare. The whole fitting is 22cm tall and 49.5cm wide, and it hangs from a round canopy 8cm across on a 1.5m textile cable. It has two G9 lamp holders, and the recommended lamp is a G9 LED.

At almost half a metre wide, it is shaped for a long surface: hung over a dining table, a kitchen island or a desk, the two globes spread their light along the surface rather than pooling it in one spot. It sits just as well in a hallway or above a bed, where its clean lines stay quiet against a pale ceiling. The matt white finish suits modern rooms with plenty of white or light timber, and the round globes keep the look playful without fuss. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.
