Description

This Rigoberta wall light is a simple T of matt black iron tube with an opal glass globe at each end. A short stem runs from a round 8cm wall plate to meet a horizontal bar, and the two 10cm globes sit at either end of it, turning the light from the lamps inside into a soft, even glow. It takes two G9 lamp holders, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice. The whole fitting is 30cm tall and 49cm wide, and it projects 12cm from the wall, so it keeps a slim profile while still having real presence on a plain wall.

Its width suits it to a spot above a bed or a headboard, where the two globes light either side, or above a sideboard or console table in a dining room or hallway. On a landing or a long hall wall it gives a gentle, ambient light, and a pair placed either side of a fireplace, a window or a large mirror makes a balanced, symmetrical arrangement in a living room.
