Description

The Retro Carriage Mantel Clock is a 44cm nickel-plated steel timepiece built around a curved Art Deco silhouette with a traditional Napoleon hat profile. The white dial carries Roman numerals in black, enclosed behind a glass lens set into the nickel frame. A quiet quartz movement powered by a single AA battery (not included) drives the black spade hands and produces a gentle mechanical tick.

Designed for mantels, sideboards and shelves in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, the clock sits 20cm high and 14cm deep, occupying roughly the same footprint as a hardback book. The curved top profile and stepped plinth base give the clock presence without dominating smaller surfaces. The nickel finish pairs with both warm-toned traditional interiors and cooler contemporary schemes where a silver metal accent is needed.

The steel body is electroplated in nickel rather than painted, so the finish carries the characteristic lustre and slight warmth of plated metal.
