This is the working half of a bulkhead: a round LED gear tray that drops into a bulkhead body in place of failed lamps and control gear. The board carries its LEDs in concentric rings across the full face, with keyhole slots and fixing points around the rim and a two-pin connector on a short lead for the mains supply. It draws 9.5W and gives 1725 lumens, and a three-position switch marked 3K, 4K and 6K sets the colour temperature before the diffuser goes back on. An emergency function is built into the same tray.

Gear trays are how a sound bulkhead gets a second life. Where the body and diffuser are still good but the light has gone, changing the tray costs less than a whole new fitting and leaves the existing fixing holes and cable entry undisturbed. That suits corridors, stairwells, landings, garages, plant rooms and storerooms, and it suits escape routes in particular, where an emergency function is wanted. The manufacturer does not state the tray diameter, so measure the inside of your bulkhead body and the fixing centres first. It is a round tray with keyhole slots, made for round bulkhead bodies.
