Description
We stock the Points as an 18W dimmable LED track light in white-finished aluminium, built for low-voltage 48V AC track systems. The integrated LED throws a focused 36 degree beam, so it is made for accent lighting rather than a broad ambient wash. It clips onto compatible 48V track (sold separately), which lets you add several heads along one power run and move them later without wiring each one in.
We reach for this head where you want light aimed at something in particular: retail displays, gallery walls, kitchen worktops and architectural features that benefit from a defined pool of light. The 36 degree beam is tighter than a typical downlight, concentrating the light into a clear spot instead of spreading it thinly across the room. The white aluminium housing keeps a low profile against the track, so it reads as discreet hardware and sits comfortably against white or light-grey ceilings in contemporary and minimalist rooms.
The LED is dimmable through a compatible 48V dimmer on the track (sold separately), so you can bring it from full output down to a soft level for evenings. It runs at AC 48V, a low-voltage setup that reduces electrical risk compared with mains-voltage track, which is reassuring in busy commercial spaces or homes with young children. Rated IP20, it is intended for dry indoor use, and its energy class is G.

Frequently Asked
What track does this fit?
It is made for low-voltage 48V AC track and clips straight onto compatible 48V rails, which are sold separately. It will not fit mains-voltage track, so please check your system is 48V before ordering.
Is it dimmable?
Yes. The integrated LED dims on a compatible 48V dimmer controller fitted to the track (sold separately), so you can set it from full brightness down to a soft glow.
What is the beam like, and what is it best for?
The LED gives a focused 36 degree beam, which is narrower than a standard downlight. That makes it well suited to accent lighting on displays, artwork, worktops and architectural details rather than lighting a whole room evenly.
Can I use several of these on one track?
Yes. You can position multiple heads along the same 48V power run and reposition them later without hard-wiring each one, so it is easy to build up a run and adjust it as your layout changes.
