Description
The Orio is an 84x55cm asymmetrical wall mirror built around an organic triangular shape with rounded corners, framed in matte black MDF. The mirror glass is subtly bevelled at the edges, creating a shallow recess where the glass meets the frame and adding a reflective band that catches light at angles. The frame itself measures 3cm deep and weighs 6.9kg, giving the mirror a solid presence on the wall without needing a thick profile.
Designed for hallways, living rooms, bedrooms and entrance areas where a conventional rectangular mirror would feel too formal, the Orio can be hung vertically (as a portrait orientation) or horizontally (as a landscape orientation) depending on wall space and the room's proportions. The asymmetrical outline breaks up the straight lines of doorways, windows and furniture edges, adding a sculptural counterpoint to rooms with predominantly square or rectangular forms.
The matte black finish on the MDF frame absorbs light rather than reflecting it, keeping the focus on the mirror surface itself and pairing cleanly with monochrome interiors, natural wood tones, and both warm and cool-toned wall colours. The bevelled edge on the glass adds depth to the mirror's appearance when viewed from an angle, and the 84cm height makes it large enough to function as a full-length mirror for checking an outfit or adjusting a collar before leaving the house.

Frequently Asked
Can it be hung horizontally or vertically?
Yes. The Orio has multiple hanging points on the back, allowing it to be mounted in either portrait or landscape orientation depending on wall space and room layout.
What fixing method does it use?
The mirror has integrated D-ring or keyhole fixings on the rear of the frame. At 6.9kg, it requires two wall fixings rated for at least 4kg each, using appropriate wall plugs for the wall type (plasterboard, masonry, brick).
Is the glass bevelled?
Yes. The mirror glass has a subtle bevel at the edges where it meets the frame, creating a reflective band and adding visual depth when viewed from an angle.
What rooms suit this mirror?
The 84cm height and asymmetrical shape work well in hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and entrance areas. The matte black frame pairs with monochrome, industrial, Scandinavian and contemporary interiors.
