Description

The Nans PF/16 is a compact outdoor ceiling light with a woven shade, a softer choice than a plain bulkhead by an entrance. A round Graphite Brown canopy fixes to the ceiling, and a short stem carries a cylinder of synthetic fibre woven in brown with beige and light grey, open enough for the light to glow through the weave. Inside is an integrated LED of 8W giving 285 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, so colours look true and there is no bulb to buy or change. It is 24.3cm tall overall; the shade is 16.5cm tall and 16.7cm across, and the canopy is 12cm across and 4cm high.

It is rated IP54 and suits outdoor use, so it belongs on a porch ceiling, over a front door, under a covered veranda or on the underside of a balcony, wherever you want a warm welcome rather than a hard security light. At 285 lumens it gives a gentle glow for arriving home, sitting out under cover on a summer evening or lighting the step to a back door, and the woven shade brings the feel of an indoor pendant to the outside of the house.
