Description

The Murané is a small pendant light: a 10cm sphere of Smoke Grey glass hung on a fine cable from a Brushed Champagne fitting. The glass has a gently rippled surface, so the light catches and bends across it rather than sitting flat. Inside is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It gives 167lm of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, which keeps food, wood and skin tones looking true, and draws 2.7W or 4W depending on the version. Ordered with its canopy, it hangs from a ceiling canopy 5.5cm across and 13cm tall.

At 10cm across, one sphere makes a soft glow over a side table or a reading corner in a living room, and a row of them works well above a dining table. It comes in two canopy choices: with canopy, as a single pendant, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies (sold separately), where several spheres hang together in a cluster. The 24V DC version needs a remote 24V DC driver, sold separately, which converts the mains supply to the low voltage that version runs on. It is rated IP20, so it belongs in dry rooms only.
