This is the Meridian velvet cushion, a plain square in a hot pink velvet with a contrasting red piped trim running around all four edges. It measures 45 by 45cm, a standard scatter size that suits most sofas and beds without swamping the seat. The face is a soft-touch polyester velvet with the short, dense pile you can see catching the light differently as it turns, which is what gives velvet its depth of colour from one angle to the next.
