Description

The LYYT 20m cool white LED strip kit delivers 6000K lighting across four 5-metre reels of IP65-rated LED tape, paired with a 12V IP67-rated power supply and five DC screw terminal plugs and sockets. The 6000K colour temperature produces a crisp, daylight-toned white light suited to task lighting, retail display shelving, under-cabinet runs and commercial worktop installations.

Designed for continuous runs up to 20 metres in total length, the kit supplies enough tape to cover four separate 5m sections or a single extended run where the power supply feeds both ends of the tape to maintain consistent brightness. The self-adhesive backing on each reel allows the tape to be mounted directly onto clean, flat surfaces or inserted into aluminium profile channels for a concealed finish. The 12V low-voltage operation requires a BS1363 UK plug top (not included) to connect the power supply to mains, keeping the tape side of the installation safe for installation in public-facing or residential areas.

The IP65 rating on the tape makes it suitable for damp indoor environments such as kitchens, bathrooms (outside zones 0-2), and commercial food preparation areas where occasional splashes occur.
