Description
The Look is a slim metal rod that hangs point-down and casts a single narrow beam straight beneath it. The whole fitting is one thin cylinder just 16mm across in brass, with the LED set in its lower tip, so lit it reads as a fine line of metal ending in one bright spot on the surface underneath. Switched off, it stays a plain painted stem, barely there against the ceiling.
This rod runs 400mm long and lowers on a cable adjustable between 650mm and 2440mm, letting it sit close under a low ceiling or drop deep over a counter. The 30 degree beam keeps light tight, so a row of these picks out a breakfast bar, a bedside or a console rather than washing the room. Grouped at staggered heights they hang as a loose set of vertical strokes.
The body is brass metal on a matching brass ceiling rose, wired for a plain wall switch. Its integrated LED draws 3.5W for 220 lumens at 3000K warm white, with a colour rendering index above 90 and a rated life of 50,000 hours, so nothing is ever swapped and the tone stays true. Rated IP20 for dry rooms, we supply it ready to wire with the module already fitted.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Look give?
One tight downward beam. The LED sits in the tip of the rod and throws a narrow 30 degree cone at 3000K warm white, with a colour rendering index above 90, so it marks a small pool on the surface below rather than lighting a whole room.
Does it need a bulb?
No. A 3.5W LED giving 220 lumens is built into the lower end and included, so there is nothing separate to buy or change. The module is rated for around 50,000 hours.
Can it be dimmed?
This is the on-off version, so it runs at a fixed 3000K output on a standard wall switch and does not dim. We can point you to a dimmable model in the same family if you need the level to vary.
How big is it and where does it suit?
The rod is 400mm long and 16mm across, on a drop set anywhere from 650mm to 2440mm. In brass it suits a breakfast bar, a bedside or a run over a kitchen island, singly or in a line.
