Our cheese knife is made as a small mouse: a flat piece of iron with a brass plated finish, a curved back, a pointed nose, one raised ear, a pierced eye and a few engraved whiskers. It measures 10cm long, 6cm tall and 2cm wide and weighs 0.15KG, so it sits neatly in the hand and takes up very little room on a board.
