Fine Glass Bar Table - Gold

This bar table is a two-tier trolley on wheels: an iron frame in gold holding two oval glass shelves, with a curved loop handle at each end. The top shelf is clear glass, so the lower tier stays in view, and four slim legs with small ring details carry the frame to four wheels. It measures 86cm long, 46cm wide and 81cm tall and weighs 9.8KG. At 46cm wide it can stand against a wall, in an alcove or at the end of a sofa without crowding a walkway.

Because it rolls, it suits homes where furniture has to work in more than one place. Keep it in the living room as a display piece for plants, a vase of dried stems and a stack of books, then wheel it into the dining room or tuck it into a hallway when you need the floor. The handles at each end give you something firm to hold while you steer it, and the open sides let you reach both shelves from the front or the back. It sits beside a staircase, under a window or next to a reading chair, and it suits anyone who likes to change a room around without lifting furniture.

The iron frame has a powder coated finish in gold, and the legs are gold iron to match, so the whole piece reads as one metal outline around the glass. Care is simple: wipe the frame and the shelves clean with a moist cloth. Glass lets light pass through, so the clear top shelf keeps the table looking open in a smaller room, and the gold frame catches lamplight. For styling, keep the top shelf sparse with one or two taller pieces and give the lower shelf the larger, chunkier objects, such as a big vase or a pile of books. The styling props shown are not included.
