Description

The Energizer Metal LED Torch is a 60-lumen handheld torch built around a single Nichia white LED in a metal body measuring 108mm long and 25mm in diameter. The torch runs on 2 x AA alkaline batteries (included) and delivers a 30m beam distance with a 25-hour runtime on a single set of batteries. The rear-mounted push button switches the torch on and off with a single press.

Designed for household tasks, vehicle glove boxes, tool kits and emergency use, the torch suits situations where a reliable, battery-powered light source is needed without mains access. The IPX4 rating protects the torch from splashing water from any direction, making it usable in light rain or damp environments without risk of electrical failure. The 1m impact resistance rating means the torch will survive drops from waist height onto hard surfaces without cracking the lens or damaging the LED.

The metal body has a textured surface machined into the barrel, providing grip when the torch is wet or being used with gloves. The 50g weight (with batteries) makes it light enough to carry in a pocket or bag without noticeable bulk. The 4000K colour temperature produces a cool white light closer to daylight than warm-toned LEDs, which aids colour recognition when working on wiring, plumbing fittings or mechanical components.

Yes. The torch includes 2 x Energizer AA alkaline batteries in the pack. These batteries are pre-installed and the torch is ready to use immediately on unpacking.
