Description

The Danes is a 13x18cm photo frame constructed from polyresin with a mirrored silver finish and a beaded inner border running the perimeter of the aperture. The frame holds standard 5×7 inch prints behind glass and sits on a hinged strut that allows both portrait and landscape orientation on a desk, mantel or shelf.

Designed for dresser tops, bedside tables and console surfaces where framed photographs are displayed at close viewing distance, the Danes uses a smooth metallic coating over the polyresin moulding to give a mirror-like surface that catches ambient light. The beaded trim sits between the outer frame edge and the glass aperture, adding three-dimensional detail without overpowering small portrait prints.

At 152mm width, 200mm height and 17mm depth including the strut when upright, the frame has a compact footprint that fits narrow shelves and crowded surfaces. The 0.27kg weight gives enough mass to sit stable without being heavy enough to damage veneered furniture. The polyresin construction means the mirrored finish resists chipping and tarnish better than silver-plated metal frames at this price point.
