Description

This is a festive cushion with a tufted front spelling out "Ho Ho" in white letters, worked between little peppermint swirls in red and white. The lettering and the swirls sit against a soft blush ground, and the design is finished top and bottom with a red banded border dotted with pale flecks. The face is 100% polyester and the reverse is 100% cotton, so you get a hard-wearing, textured front and a smooth, natural-fibre back. It measures 30 x 50cm, an oblong lumbar shape rather than a square, which is the size to reach for when you want a bolster of cheer along the front of a sofa rather than a plump filler behind your back.

The plain blush reverse is the reason this one earns its place past Twelfth Night more easily than most Christmas cushions.
