Description

This deep plate is made of porcelain and measures 22cm across and 4.5cm tall, with a well that holds 850ml. That depth puts it between a dinner plate and a bowl. It is wide enough for a proper main course and deep enough for pasta, risotto, stew or a dressed salad that would slide off a flat plate. Sweeping blue leaf shapes curl round the edge in loose brushstrokes, broken by small dots, leaving the centre clear and the speckled surface on show.
