Description

The Bella Direct is a slim LED pendant light: a white aluminium disc 10.1cm across and just 1.3cm deep, hung on a fine 14cm stem. The light comes from an integrated LED set into the underside of the disc, so there is no bulb to buy or fit. It draws 4.5W or 6.5W depending on the version, and with a CRI of 90 it shows colours, food and skin tones naturally. We sell it in two colour temperatures, 2700K for a warm, relaxed glow or 3000K for a slightly crisper white, so you can match the light already in the room.

With a drop of up to 300cm, it suits a dining room, where its small size lets you hang two or three in a line over the table, and a living room, where one makes a neat accent over a side table or a reading chair. It comes in two canopy versions: with canopy, to hang on its own from a single ceiling point, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies, which are sold separately and let several pendants hang from one fitting. For the 24V DC version only, you will need a remote 24V DC driver, not included and sold separately, which supplies the low-voltage power that version runs on. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The disc and stem share one clean white finish, so the whole fitting reads as one quiet line against a pale ceiling. It runs on 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician. Before you order, it is worth deciding three things: the drop you want, up to 300cm; whether it hangs from its own canopy or joins a multi-pendant canopy; and which of the two colour temperatures suits the room. With those settled, it is a small, practical light that does a lot over a table.
