Description

The Aperta power bus separator is a distribution module designed for multi-way audio systems, splitting power from a single APPOWMW power supply to multiple zones or speaker lines. The unit houses connection terminals within a 95 x 75 x 115mm white enclosure, allowing installers to branch power feeds without running multiple cables back to the central PSU.

Intended for commercial and residential multi-room audio installations where a single power supply feeds several amplifier zones, the separator simplifies cabling by creating a local distribution point. This reduces the total cable run needed and allows zones to be isolated or serviced without affecting the entire system. The compact footprint fits into standard AV rack shelves or can be surface-mounted in equipment rooms.

The unit pairs exclusively with the ESP APPOWMW power supply unit and uses screw terminals for secure wire connection. The white finish matches other Aperta system components, maintaining visual consistency across the installation. At 0.3kg net weight the separator can be wall-mounted without additional support brackets.

The separator is designed exclusively for use with the ESP APPOWMW power supply unit. It is not compatible with other PSU models or brands.

How many zones can it distribute power to?

The number of output zones depends on the terminal configuration inside the unit. Refer to the product manual linked above for the exact terminal count and wiring diagram.

Can it be rack-mounted?

The 95 x 75mm footprint fits onto standard AV rack shelves. The unit does not have rack-ear mounting holes but can be secured to a shelf using cable ties or adhesive pads, or surface-mounted to equipment room walls.
